Cancellation charges
The charges below are a guide. Your booking confirmation shows the exact charges, which depend on the airlines, hotels and suppliers involved.
- More than 45 days before departure: deposit is non-refundable.
- 45 to 30 days before departure: [XX]% of the total cost.
- 29 to 15 days before departure: [XX]% of the total cost.
- Less than 15 days before departure or no-show: 100% of the total cost.
Airline tickets
Airline tickets follow the airline's fare rules. Many fares are non-refundable or allow changes only for a fee.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within [XX] business days after we receive the money back from the suppliers. Bank or card charges are not refundable.
Cancellations by us
If we have to cancel your trip, we will offer an alternative of similar value or a full refund of the money you paid us for the cancelled services.
